Layer Cake

   The foodie universe has me hooked on layered cake. Every time I get on foodgawker (which is everyday...sometimes multiple times a day...) I see another amazing cake that’s colorful, impressive, and filled with delicious goodness! I decided I needed to get in on this phenomenon.
   I didn't go too crazy on the recipe, but it looks amazing! Next time I'll have to vamp up the ingredients and make cake from scratch with mousse and real frosting. But thank-you Pillsbury for rescuing me from boredom over spring break :)

  1. You should definitely submit to Foodgawker. Even if they reject the photo, they give you feedback which is helpful for improving your photography.

    and those layers look fantastic! I love how many you made.
